Funny Pet Video Contest – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by PetVideos (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, entrants release Facebook from any responsibility related to this promotion.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on the first day of each month at 12:00 AM (Pacific Time) and ending on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).

4. How to Enter

To enter the contest:

  1. Participants must log in through the contest website and provide a valid email address.
  2. If a participant does not provide an email address during login, they cannot enter the contest.
  3. Participants must submit a funny pet video through the contest website.

Only submissions made through the official contest website will be considered valid entries.

By submitting a video, participants confirm that:

  • They own the submitted content or have permission to submit it.
  • The video does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • The content complies with Facebook Community Standards.

Selected submissions may be posted to the Sponsor's Facebook page during the contest period.

5. Winner Selection

Throughout the contest period, approved submitted videos will be posted to the Sponsor's Facebook page.

The video that receives the highest total engagement (combined number of likes, shares, and comments) on the Facebook post by the end of the contest period will be declared the winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove fraudulent, spam, or artificially manipulated engagement.

6. Prize

One (1) winner each month will receive:

$100 Chewy.com Gift Card

The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except at the Sponsor's discretion.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during contest login and may also be announced on the Sponsor's Facebook page.

8. Content License

By submitting a video, entrants grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, repost, publish, and display the content on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may modify submitted videos to include annotations.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the contest.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the contest are final.

10. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
